Exchange & Return Policy

We will gladly accept any non-damaged, not significantly used perfume bottle with its original box within 07days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

  • 1. Please inform us about your return on WhatsApp at +923373510025.
  • 2. Send the product via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) at your own expense to our official return address listed below.

Important Conditions

  • Packaging: All perfumes must be returned with their original boxes, pouches, and any other included packaging material.
  • Delivery Charges: Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Packs & Bundles: Individual bottles/perfumes from packs cannot be returned separately. You must return the complete pack to avail a refund.
  • Exclusions: Sample Sets and items purchased under the "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" deal are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Processing & Address

Refund Timeline: Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned products.
